Because we strive to make durable jewelry that will last for years, we only offer solid gold jewelry. Keep in mind that when you buy gold-plated jewelry elsewhere, it means the following: a base metal such as silver, steel or brass is dipped in a bath of electroplating solution, with a lump of solid gold. When an electric current is applied, a very thin layer of gold is deposited on the metal. This thin layer will not stand the test of time and will fade. This layer will also take over all the properties, such as oxidation, of the base metal. We offer solid gold jewelry in 14K or 18K. The carat is a very old measure of how much gold is in a gold mixture. A measure of 1 carat is where there is 1 part pure gold and 23 parts other metals. If you know that 24K is 100% pure gold, you also know that 14K is 58%, 18K is 75%.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide this service. There are plenty of places where you can hand in your old gold for cash, so we recommend that you contact them. We are proud to guarantee that we always work with recognized suppliers for our jewelry collections.

We currently do not offer 100% customization. We offer a number of semi-custom services within a certain number of varieties. This means that minor adjustments can be made to certain designs upon request. For example, if you want a different gemstone, diamond or another version in 18K, we will be happy to give you a price on request. Please take notice that, we only work with natural gemstones, so there may be slight color differences.

We have chosen not to focus on the wedding ring department, as there already is a wide range on the market. In addition, we do not believe in pigeonholing and we strongly believe in an open mind at wye Antwerp. That is why we are convinced that every wye ring can serve as an engagement or wedding ring. Here too, we can make small adjustments to existing designs, to make your dreams come true.

At wye Antwerp, we are deeply committed to global health and environmental issues. We have chosen to work only with approved suppliers.

To avoid unnecessary stock of materials, each piece of jewelry is made to order. Estimated delivery time: 4 to 6 weeks. When production is completed, you will receive an update email with track and trace code to check your package status.

As we produce to order we don't allow cancellations after starting production. However, if you want to cancel or edit your order after the order's been placed, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@wye-antwerp.com.

If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can make this change. Send us an email to hello@wye-antwerp.com as soon as possible. If we didn't answer before shipping, we didn't get the chance to process your request.

All orders come with a track & trace code after shipment, provided by e-mail by wye Antwerp.

Most of our pieces are handmade to order. Therefore exchanges or returns are not offered. We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings or any other customized pieces before placing your online order. If you're not sure about your ring size, our size guide might help you out.

We love helping you to co-create a unique design for your special occasion. Simply contact us prior to your order and we'll advise you whether it's possible to engrave your piece of jewelry and will send you a quote.
